1. These general conditions of sale are agreed upon between Miranda & Irmão, Lda, with headquarters at Estrada N1 Km 228.9 Borralha 3750-871 Águeda, Portugal, with tax identification number 500385980, and contact phone number +351 234612796, hereinafter referred to as "MIRANDA" and the persons who wish to make purchases through the website www.mirandabikeparts.com hereinafter referred to as "User."
2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.mirandabikeparts.com will be governed exclusively by this agreement to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
1. The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary to the User on the modalities of ordering, selling, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.mirandabikeparts.com
2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to carry out the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.
1. The User finalizes his/her order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.mirandabikeparts.com, by adding the product(s) or service(s) he wishes to order to the shopping basket:

b) Log in (providing a combination of e-mail and password chosen by the User at time of registration).
c) Complete the information and choose the available options during the order completion process (delivery address and billing, shipping method, form of payment, as well as the NIF/VAT (if applicable) and the name that, for tax purposes, will appear on the invoice).
3. The final order confirmation by the User is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as of these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
4. MIRANDA will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stock. In the absence of product availability, MIRANDA undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. The information on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.
6. Orders are valid for 10 days unless the order is placed during a promotional campaign that sets a different time limit, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this deadline. If payment is not received within that period, the order cannot be validated. Any value received after this date will be returned or used for a new order.

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by MIRANDA. The request must arrive in writing to the contact email: service-orders@miranda.pt within 30 days after ordering. The instructions for cancellation or return of the merchandise will be answered and defined by MIRANDA by the same means of communication.
2. Whenever possible, the return must be made through the same payment method, but if it is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, in order to make the return by bank transfer.
3. MIRANDA undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum of 5 days.
4. Returned products must be in a condition to sell, that is, in the same state in which they arrived at the User's hands, without any abnormality or damage.

According to Decree-Law 24/2014 of February 14 - transposition into Portuguese law of the European Union Directive 2011/83/EU - any consumer has the right to freely terminate the contract without any justification. MIRANDA makes available to its clients the Free Resolution Form, as set out in Annex B of the above-mentioned Decree-Law, in the e-mail message confirming the respective request.
PROCEDURE AND DEADLINES: If you wish to terminate the contract, you must send MIRANDA & IRMÃO, LDA the Free Resolution Form duly completed or other unequivocal statement of intent to terminate the contract, either electronically to MARKETING@MIRANDA.PT, or by registered mail to MIRANDA & IRMÃO, LDA, Estrada N1 Km 228.9 Borralha 3750-871 Águeda, Portugal, or by any other reliable medium capable of proof (the customer bears responsibility for this transaction), up to a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer, or a third party indicated by him or her other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For this period of free resolution to be respected, communication concerning the exercise of the right of free resolution must be sent before the end of the resolution period, after which the return may not be accepted. MIRANDA will acknowledge receipt of the request to cancel the contract within a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) hours, in working days. From the date of communication of the contract resolution, the customer has up to a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days to send to MIRANDA's premises all the items he or she intends to return.
EFFECTS: The customer can exercise his or her right of free cancellation in whole or in part and is responsible for the cost of return, namely the shipping costs, notwithstanding situations of claims. MIRANDA will reimburse the customer for the payments made, including the cost of the order delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from his or her choice of a different shipping method from the less expensive shipping method offered by us), within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt date of the customer's decision to terminate the contract. MIRANDA reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until receipt and verification of conformity for all returned goods. In the event of a partial order return, the customer will be refunded the value of the goods actually returned and the cost of delivery, in the amount in which the goods in question incur the cost of postage. This refund will be made by the same payment method initially used by the customer. To refund the customer in cases where the customer has chosen to pay by reimbursement or Multibanco, MIRANDA will use the following means by the respective order of preference: PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque. We may also contact you for a refund of the amount via a discount voucher to be used at www.mirandabikeparts.com. In addition to what is mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, the customer will not incur any additional costs as a consequence of such refund.
